Lazybrook is a Deed Restricted neighborhood.
All homes within the greater Lazybrook subdivision must adhere to deed restrictions, which are registered with the Harris County Clerk and are legally enforced by both the Lazybrook Civic Club and the City of Houston.
Lazybrook is subdivided into nine different sections, each of which is governed by a separate set of deed restrictions. See below for a map that designates the boundaries for each section.
For home renovations and new construction:
Please complete the Approval Application Form, along with submitting all required additional information as detailed in the form instructions. All required information must be submitted at the time of the Approval Application request, or the application will not be considered submitted, and will be placed on hold. Please submit your application to architecturalreview@lazybrook.org.
