Block Captains and Walkers are critical to the success of the Lazybrook Civic Club and neighborhood as a whole, and have 3 basic but very important duties:
- Deliver printed newsletters/flyers 6 times a year
- Put out civic club meeting reminder yard signs 5 times a year
- Put out a membership drive “pay your dues” sign 1 month in the year for our membership drive
It should be noted that you do not have to live on a block to be its designated block captain. You can also recruit a friend or neighbor to be your co-captain and share the duties.
