Constable Patrol 2024 Sign-up
Timbergrove Manor Civic Club is continuing another year with our joint Constable Patrol Program with Lazybrook Civic Club, with contract renewal in October 2024 – This program is in addition to our already existing Citizens on Patrol program, which is 100% volunteer based at no cost to LCC.
Our next subscription year runs until October 2025. Subscribers will receive a sign for your yard and the phone number for this concierge Constable Program. Learn more about the program on our website page .
Cost per household will be $310/yr for standard subscription, with a $210 option for seniors (65+) — sign up today following these steps:
1) If you haven’t already, pay your 2024 dues to support LCC here — I will point out that neither LCC nor Timbergrove Manor Civic Club (TMCC) are taking a % of the constable program payments, 100 % is going to the security program. Because the civic associations are taking on the administrative burden of managing this program and providing the volunteer support, you must be a Member of your civic club (LCC) to benefit from subscriber only benefits of the constable program. If you are unsure if you have paid in 2023 check with our membership chair Emily at membership@lazybrook.org
2) Sign up and pay via TMCC website using the links below to facilitate payment. There are two options, the “Standard Subscription” and “Senior Rate” for 65+ households. Please note because TMCC is handing the administration of the County contract your payment and receipt will show TMCC, but these links are Lazybrook resident specific for tracking purposes.

For anyone who missed our LCC meeting last night but wants to learn more regarding federal assistance programs, there is webinar hosted tomorrow night jointly our gov’t reps. SBA loans are actually mostly given out to individuals…they are not just for business owners. They can help pay your insurance premiums AND cover anything insurance won’t. If you or a neighbor might be interestedm you/they should take advantage of this (or at least consider it). SBA offers 2.66% interest loans over 30yrs for up to $500k for individuals, and you make no payments for 12mo.
